Custom and personalised orders
We do not currently offer custom or personalised orders.
Care instructions
All items can be washed at 40 degrees and tumble dried on low.
How do I return/exchange an item?
Items can only be returned within the first 14 days. Once the returned item is received, within 30 days, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging, a refund (excluding return shipping costs for EU buyers and excluding all shipping costs for non-EU buyers, unless the item was faulty or damaged; photographic proof will be required for faulty/damaged items) will be issued within 14 days. It is important that you get proof of postage and insure the package to a suitable amount as no refund will be issued if items are lost in return transit. If you'd like an exchange, please follow the return policy then place a new order for the item you would like.
Will there be an invoice with my package?
Invoices are available electronically from your Etsy account. If you require a printed copy in the shipped package, please note this on your order. They may sometimes be included for international or large orders. Orders requesting printed receipts may take longer to ship.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Where possible, yes! When multiple items are purchased, Etsy charges shipping as if each item were to dispatch separately. Where possible, items will be combined together and shipping overages will automatically be refunded to you after dispatch; the amount of refund will vary depending on the items purchased and not all items can be combined into one package. If you are ordering a large number of items and would like to pay the correct shipping at the time of your order, please get in contact so a custom listing can be created for you.
Do your prices include VAT, taxes, import duties?
No. Etsy has added the wording, "VAT included (where applicable)" to all listings, but Panda Eyes Design is not VAT registered and therefore no VAT is included in the prices. All VAT, taxes, import duties and other charges that are levied by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Pet Disclaimer
All items are packaged in a pet-free room, but I am owned by cats who allow me to occupy their home, so please be aware of this before purchasing. Whilst every effort is made to ensure pesky fur does not come into contact with any products or packaging, I cannot 100% guarantee this.
Information Regarding Shipping Addresses
All orders are sent to the shipping address given on your Etsy order. Please make sure this is correct on your Etsy order receipt. Orders can dispatch very quickly, so if you have made an error with your address, please get in touch as soon as possible. Once shipped, any delays or undeliverable parcels caused by an incorrect address are the responsibility of the buyer, and refunds (minus the shipping cost) will only be given if the item returns in its original condition.
Agreed Time for Delivery of Goods (as per regulation 42 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) from the order date shall be: 4 weeks to UK addresses and 10 weeks to addresses outside the UK.
